Ballard’s Oil Replacement Dispensing Kit was developed to provide all the parts needed to make FANUC robot axis gearbox oil replacement easier, cleaner and more practical then using the traditional FANUC oil injection gun (A05B-1221-K005).
FANUC’s maintenance procedure commonly references the A05B-1221-K005 oil injection gun and A05B-1224-K006 oil injection nipple with value for filling robot gearboxes. The Ballard dispensing system provides an improved method of delivering the specified oil through the applicable robot service port while allowing the technician to continue following FANUC’s specified lubricant, robot posture, fill, venting and pressure-release procedures.

The Ballard Oil Replacement Dispensing Kit is designed to make it easier to replace the oil in a Fanuc robot by provide the necessary fittings/adapters and dispensing unit that changes how the oil is delivered to the gearbox.
